Working with Students of Various Abilities (Line Staff)

Working with Students of Various Abilities is vital that childcare professionals cultivate a learning environment that focuses on young people’s strengths and needs by developing effective relationships with young people and uses differential methods and activities to meet their needs. In this training, professionals will assess and identify their area of strength and opportunity in working with students of various abilities. They will review and identifyvarious facilitating strategies.
